The two main areas of expertise we are looking for passionate collaborators in are: Operations and Technology, and Partnership Development. Below are brief descriptions of each. Please note: Banking industry experience is not required.
Operations and Technology
You are a big, strategic thinker, but you are especially gifted at execution. You thrive on not only architecting a solution, but building it as well. You love making things happen; you get things done. You have a well-rounded understanding of a variety of technologies, from web technologies to enterprise-level technologies, to telecommunications platforms. You know how to lead a team of technicians, and enjoy rolling up your own sleeves to dive into code and tech specs too.
Social Media and Internet Marketing
You have great experience and a passion for building relationships online. From using the large social channels like Facebook and Twitter to maximize engagement, to digital marketing strategies such as pay-per-click advertising, search engine optimization and more, you’re a well-rounded internet marketing pro. You know how to lead and direct an in-house team as well as vendors, and set up and manage campaigns yourself.
Partnership Development
You are a creative, sales-oriented architect of win-win collaborative relationships. You thrive on putting deals and partnerships together that help everyone profit. You are just as comfortable collaborating and negotiating with operational business partners as you are with marketing channel partners. You take great pride in developing innovative ideas that create value others were not able to see, and then solidifying the relationships that bring those ideas to life.
